However, this problem occurs in this medical organization. In 2023, since September, I was prescribed prescriptions, but since the prescribed drugs were not available, I had to travel from one end of the city to the other, because this is not a problem of the polyclinic, already. In 2024, the problem was not resolved, I received the drugs for the first time in March, and in April the necessary drugs were either already or no longer available. I am registered for several diagnoses, and there is a need for regular medication, which is quite expensive, and I am a pensioner. There is a systematic error in logistics in this medical organization. I ask the administration to pay attention.

Everything is at the highest level. There is a small dining room. Parking is usually not a problem, it is very convenient and large here. And in the Keruen Medicus branch in Bukhar Zhyrau, parking is terrible, there is practically no parking.

There are no doctors, there are narrow specialists coming, they take one twice a week, record for a month, I am generally silent about ultrasound, the doctor can easily be an hour late for an appointment. But if you approach without an appointment, there is no one at the reception, but by appointment in a month. Doctors do not go to the house, the patient, with fractures, after a stroke, come yourself. Until you wait for the recording, you will either die or it will pass by itself. On the plus side, good girls work in the laboratory, they are young, but they take blood professionally.

A couple more specialists come twice a week, but they will be recorded in a couple of months. Although, if you come off the record, there is no one at the doctors, they sit laughing with each other. In general, you either die or it will pass by itself. Narrow specialists are given directions to different parts of the city. On the spot, you can only do an X-ray and take tests. I was at a mammologist's appointment, scheduled an examination for a couple of days and told me to come right away. They re-recorded it after a month and a half, because he takes it twice a week. The endocrinologist prescribed free sugar-lowering medications, so in order to print out the prescription and get it, you need to go several times, because some nurse prints out the prescription from a therapist, who is unknown when you can find him. And diabetics are forced to buy vital medicines for a lot of money. And it is impossible to call and clarify if there is a nurse on site, as I said. There is no own laboratory, the test results come in a week. With such a low rating, such a center would have lost its license long ago, but it still works. So there is probably a corruption component

The only good thing was that my doctor was invited from another hospital. I went to the pay room here because I wanted the best, but it didn't get any worse.
