This Monday 14.10 morning I encountered extremely low-quality services hereI needed to give blood from a vein for a test prescribed by an endocrinologist. In addition to the long wait, during the blood collection, the nurse clearly had problems doing it correctly, since she did it for a very long time, moved the needle already stuck in the vein from side to side, the procedure was painful. However, the real problems began later... After the procedure, I, as I was told, spent several minutes pressing the injection site, after I got distracted. When I looked at my hand again, I was horrified and saw a huge ball several centimetres in diameter inflated above the injection site. It was a ball with blood under my skin on my arm!!! I have donated blood from a vein HUNDREDS of times but I have NEVER had problems with the collection of blood from a vein. Needless to say, I never had a blood blister after the blood was taken. At first, the nurses didn't understand what to do and just walked me down the hall, showing each other the situation, and then they just told me to squeeze the blood blister and wait, they finally covered the area with a some kind of bandage (it was just plaster)...
As a result of all these operations, I got a large and painful hematoma on the bend of my arm. My arm still hurts. In the evening of the same day, my temperature rose to 37 degrees for some time. When I returned for help to the same clinic in the evening of the same day, they told me that this happens and advised me to buy a gel for hematomas at my own expense...I was only offered to come to the surgeon when everything was already over and the gel had been purchased. It was said that if there was a need to perform something surgically, everything would be done for free, however, the next day and if I signed up..
As a result of that day, I lost a lot of time and effort and spent my own money on correcting other people's mistakes for which I also paid!!! (I paid for a blood test). Today, 3 days later, I also have to heel the injection site with gel for hematomas and observe for the first time in my life, a large purple-yellow bruise near the veins of my arm.Now I can say that I am extremely disappointed with this incident. I will never again take tests in this network of clinics and will recommend everyone to avoid doing this, unless, of course, you want to go through such an experience...
