Was 2 times. One review is positive, the other is negative. The first time I got to the surgeon Fedorov. An excellent doctor, both as a specialist and as a person: he served competently, politely and attentively. I removed the tooth professionally. The second time I came (for acute pain) to the therapist Parshuta V.O. It's the exact opposite! The treatment on her part is arrogant (and even mocking), the answers are meager, through her teeth, as if the patient personally owes her something. In terms of treatment. I didn't ask if the patient needed anesthesia, how he tolerates it, and what exactly to inject. I took a filled syringe and was ready to give an injection, well, I noticed it in time and immediately refused her service, for which I was showered with sharp questions and complaints in response. For what? - it's unclear, because it's my personal business how to treat me. I have not had any problems with any of the doctors on this issue before (in other polyclinics). Everything went well, no one died without anesthesia, neither the doctor nor I, the medicine and the temporary seal were laid, I hope, as it should be. However, this is not the way to treat patients. People are different: someone is calm, like an elephant, and someone may have a weak nervous system. And from such treatment, the patient may be even worse, because he already suffers pain and comes for help. And then, on the part of Victoria Olegovna, there were no exhaustive answers, elementary attention that a doctor should provide. She did not even schedule the next necessary appointment for the tooth treatment (fortunately, I have my own attending physician, to whom I simply could not get that day because of acute pain and his busy schedule). The doctor did not comment on the picture that was taken to me. And the last. When the doctor finishes his work, he must provide the registry with a list of the work done. This was not done. As a result, they wanted to take money from me for anesthesia, which they did not do to me. It's good that I guessed to say this, and this service was deducted from my bill. In general, this clinic did not please me. I will contact, if necessary, exclusively to the doctor Fedorov D.A. Thank him again for his work!
