A great room with friendly staff, the hall and wardrobe are always clean, there is background music. Spacious wardrobe with shower, reasonable price of amenities.

Price/quality.
It's a pleasure to practice in the morning, there are no people, there is no queue for exercise equipment and free air. At lunch, even less, in the evening there are a lot of people-there is nothing to breathe, sometimes you have to wait for the right simulator.
Overall, it is clean and tidy. A dumbbell row is more than enough for girls. There are also steps and mats to work out with your weight.
