The door to the Levada residential complex was changed. When measuring, it was said that it was necessary to lower the door and trim the tile. This was done during the installation. For what reason the measurer did not reflect during the measurement that it was necessary to increase the width of the upper trim, only he knows.
Now there is an unpainted stripe above the door and the customer + foreman has a headache what to do with it.

Deadlines have been missed for at least 2.5 weeks. During this time, the installation deadline has already been postponed three times (the installation has not yet been completed), all these times I contacted myself and clarified what and how. Apparently, it is very difficult to call back when promised. And, instead of apologies or a corresponding appreciative tone of communication, I received reproaches that I was impatient and tugging at them.

I ordered the front door from this company. I haven't regretted it yet. I share my feedback before installation (I will update it after installation). Advantages at the moment:
1. A large selection of designs and colors.
2. High-quality fittings.
3. Compliance with the production deadlines (in my opinion, they even called a couple of weeks earlier).
4. Very important specifically for those who have a non-standard opening (in Minsk-World I have 110 width). Laying in blocks and then sealing up is not an option at all for those who do not want to farm.
Medvedev and K have adjusted their production for such cases. So respect to the guys!
5. Yesenin's managers are competent and adequate. Thank you for being patient with my whims!
6. Minsk-Mira newcomers get a discount!
One of the small disadvantages, in my opinion, is that the slopes need to be ordered separately from someone to finish. Maybe even better- I'll make it match the color and style of the furniture).
And the door is packed for the time of repair (it is relevant to me) and the old one is dismantled carefully for secondary use.
In general, I have never regretted it yet).
