I recently visited this store and was completely delighted! The staff is incredibly friendly! Christmas trees, like in the forest! For any height, color, width and degree of greenness!) The choice of toys is simply huge, the eyes are running away! The atmosphere in the store is truly New Year's, creates a festive mood from the first minutes. I left with the purchase and I am very happy! I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone!

I bought a Christmas tree a year ago, the cost of which in the store at the end of 2023 was about $ 200. 2.1 m, half-lit.
Guys, this is trash! The Christmas tree crumbled and broke, especially small branches (cast), during assembly, disassembly, and putting back into the box. And now 2025 is on the nose. The tree has gone bald even more. The lower branches "ride" along the trunk of the spruce.
I hope the New Year's toys will fix the situation at least a little.
And yes, I arranged the branches carefully, and stored them in a box, in a dry, closed cupboard.
Once bought for 100 hryvnias, a 1.5-meter Christmas tree 15 years ago stands and still pleases. And this…

I ordered an air mattress from the MegaMall. A perforated mattress was delivered to me, they refused to make a refund. They said that they did not see a defect in the product and advised to put a patch. By the way, the claimed repair kit was missing from the box. The money I paid was never returned, the mattress was not changed.

The order was placed and delivered on time. We bought a Christmas tree on January 23rd and now we got it again, but after almost a year the tree still smells and is unpleasant next to it. And it is especially unpleasant that this is their Agate, which they have a hit of sales and no one warned about the smell.

We were waiting for a call from the store to arrange delivery. The day has passed. They called themselves. The main phone has music for 5 minutes asking you to wait. The second phone is disconnected. We checked the order through the personal account, it is there, the statute is unclear. And the cost of the pool is already 220, we thought it was overestimated, well, we take it at this price. We made a second order. An order confirmation email has arrived. The phones are not answering. I wrote an email. We wrote a second time asking if there is such a store at all. I received an incomprehensible answer: "Hello! Our store exists. Of the 2,000 orders received daily, we are able to process 150. Therefore, you can try to leave the order again or contact a more free store.
We apologize for the inconvenience." This is the only response from the store. The statuses of my orders in my personal account have become "canceled". The phones are still silent, I sent an email asking for suggestions on how to set aside a complaint in their complaint book, and silence in response. This pool model on the website now costs 359 with a discount. We have faced cancellations more than once, but always other stores called, explained the situation, and we either agreed to new conditions or canceled the order. And this is the first time we have met such disregard for the client.
