We ordered the kitchen on 08/29/2023. The manager called back and said that the delivery would be on 10.10.2023. The contract for the order was not sent, only an SMS to the phone confirming the order. The kitchen was not delivered on the 10th. When they got through to the company, they said they did not know when the delivery would be, since there was a lot of workload at the factory. They informed us that if you don't want to wait and refuse, then we won't be upset.
On 10/27/2023, the kitchen was delivered. During assembly, it was found that the table top is 5 cm narrower than the lower cabinet. The warranty department confirmed that this was a manager's mistake and placed an order on 31.10.2023 to eliminate the defect.
A month and a half has passed, but the flaw has not been eliminated. When trying to contact the company, employees ignored Viber messages and phone calls.
We decided to write in MARCH and demand the elimination of the defect and the payment of a penalty. After MARCH received and processed the request, the company contacted. The countertop was delivered, but the penalty was never paid. And they openly lie on the phone that the accounting department is already making the payment.
