I was at the clinic today and I want to express my dissatisfaction. I made an appointment for brushing my teeth and asked for an early appointment to get to work. Initially, they scheduled it for 11. The day before, the administrator called and told them to arrive at 8:00, explaining that they had rescheduled the client and the time was available earlier. When I arrived at the clinic at 8 a.m., instead of "hello," I heard from the doctor, "let's hurry up." Explaining that I arrived at 8, as I was told, I was at a loss why the rush. To which I listened from the doctor to a story about how difficult and inconvenient it is for them to clean, that the office needs to be sterilized and it takes a very long time and it is better not to sign up for cleaning in the morning. When I started asking why you were recording at such a time, they started talking about the kind and stupid administrator. Allegedly, the girl went to meet her, what did she go for nothing? As a result, they wrapped me in rags at high speed and started cleaning me without anesthesia or suggestion. Before that, they always anesthetized me, because my gums bleed a lot and I don't tolerate dental histories well. When I stopped the doctor and asked about anesthesia, they didn't exactly refuse me, but they convinced me that anesthesia and brushing my teeth were something strange. Doctor Kozlova Irina Petrovna you should take care of the attitude towards the client, and not about the cleanliness of the office after the appointment. Cleaning the office is normal and the client should not even think about it, let alone listen to your difficult work. If you are not satisfied, do not do any cleaning. If you don't like the job, change it. Never set foot in this clinic again! One star for trying to meet them halfway, but somehow they didn't seem to agree with each other.
