And I have never regretted that I fell into the golden hands of this wonderful doctor!!! It can be seen with the naked eye that Alla Vasilyevna is the highest professional in her field! An experienced specialist! It works carefully, in compliance with all sanitary standards, which is very impressive... An attentive doctor! He will not forget or miss anything, he will send you to the right specialist for further examination, as was the case in my case. He tries it on "a hundred" times and puts on crowns once... He tries to do his job as efficiently as possible!!! It's nice to be served by such doctors! Thank you very much to Alla Vasilyevna and her assistant, assistant Tatiana for the work!!! Now I smile often and feel more confident. I definitely recommend the Melissa Medical Center, where these wonderful specialists work.

I will never come back here again!The price is high, but the quality of services is the opposite. I came to the dentist-therapist Kozlova I. P. to heal caries. She said that instead of replacing the old filling on the front tooth, it is better to make an aesthetic reconstruction of 4 front teeth at once (350 rubles each). But without an X-ray, she has nothing to do, but "so that you don't come in vain," I will apply a miracle fluoride-releasing agent to last year's strong upper tooth filling. It seemed to her that he and the lower one did not close tightly. For this, she announced the price of 200 rubles. At the same time, I also did anesthesia for some reason. Although she sawed off almost everything after applying, but I still suffered all day - now the jaws really don't close. At the end of the day, I returned in an attempt to correct my impression of the clinic for a consultation with a dentist-surgeon Klimenko V. I got to him on the recommendation of the aforementioned Kozlov IP. He just opened the disc and said that he couldn't help with the implant because the distance between the adjacent teeth was too small. I didn't even look into my mouth, but both he and the medical registrar considered it a full-fledged consultation worthy of payment. Well done! And they earned it....

A few minutes before the appointment, a nurse came up and called me by my first name (which is very nice). I politely warned that the doctor would be a little late (which is also very good, there are different situations, someone is in a hurry, someone can wait), I could wait, it suited me. The examination left only positive emotions, although there was a very big fear! I made an appointment for a repeat appointment. I hope we will cooperate.

Good afternoon, everyone! I want to leave my feedback about the work of the medical center and DR. Goncharik N. F., disgusting patient service, I would say more precisely careless!!!! I went to the clinic on November 29, discussed the cost with the doctor, treatment (I need to install a bridge on three front teeth, one is missing), they scheduled an appointment for me in December, I came, put temporary crowns, scheduled for January, 10.01. I come to the appointment, but they forgot about me at all (I spent a month with a temporary crown) Has the doctor forgotten that he has a patient appointment??! He set it for another date, and next time he tells me that prices have increased and you need to pay more (at the same time, I asked to make a treatment plan at the beginning). I was made an appointment with the head, I waited 30 minutes. and the head didn't even come out??? Today 08.02.24, I am still without crowns, and it turned out that they would not accept me, because there is nowhere to PUT me (The Doctor himself gave me a coupon) he should have entered my ticket into the computer or informed the administrator, and that he was going on vacation!!!!!? And my treatment is delayed again!!! This is such a lack of respect for patients, irresponsibility, carelessness, I am outraged by what is happening, and I have to turn higher!
