Очень приятное место - не зря менеджмент ушёл от концепции магазина к некой точке притяжения. Хороший ассортимент - от книжного отдела (который чем-то напоминает библиотеку - всегда можно застать кого-то за чтением книги) и художественных товаров до игрушек, сладостей и, собственно, музыкального направления.
Что радует, в последнее время поменялась ценовая политика. Если раньше тут почти всё было дороже, чем в других магазинах, то сейчас это стандартные цены, а на некоторые позиции - одни из самых низких.

Очень интересный магазин! Большое разнообразие книг для любого возраста! Магазин состоит из нескольких секций - отдельная часть с литературой, отдел игровых игр, товаров для творчества, предметов для домашнего уюта. Продается множество сладостей! На цокольном этаже располагается один огромный детский отдел. С лёгкостью можно выбрать подарок для друга или близкого человека.
А в ноябре-декабре выставляются новогодние товары, что приближает ощущение праздника)

Большой и круглосуточный магазин книг и игрушек.
Большой ассортимент популярных товаров для детей разных возрастов и тематик. Продавцы не навязывают ничего, когда обращаешься помогут по любому вопросу без проблем даже если не их отдел.
Теперь по минусам почему 3 балла.
На некоторых товарах нет ценника и кода ( в основном мягкие игрушки!
ЦЕНЫ в магазине отличаются от цены на сайте прилично. Брал лего цена в магазине была дороже на 10000 тенге, на мягкую игрушку разница в 2000 тенге. Пришлось заказывать через интернет! И ждать пока обработают заказ.
Хорошо что быстро обработали.
Пожелания:
Модель с разными ценами, приведет к тому что в магазины люди будут приходить только для осмотра игрушки и заказывать через интернет. Сделайте единые цены.
