The memorial is made by affordable means - from stones and boulders. It doesn't represent anything interesting. So... they improved the empty area under the high-voltage line. But!!! This is a security and SANITARY ZONE!!! And there are benches installed there. Mothers are sitting with strollers. There's electromagnetic radiation under the wires!!! This has a negative impact on human health: heart rate failures, shortness of breath, negative effects on the work of all organs! Who thought of installing benches there? You can't be there! No way!!!
