I do not recommend a bad hotel! I visited in July 2024, the payment was 12 days in advance, upon check-in it turned out that the meeting at the hotel was at 16 o'clock!!! Well, that is, I paid for a full day, and they settled me not even at lunch, but in the evening! And on the day of the eviction, the day was gone! The hotel is very bad, I do not recommend it to anyone!

a terrible hotel - a day was stolen upon check-in , breakfast was not compensated - although on the day of departure it was paid for and disappeared , cockroaches in the rooms , there is no hot water , the bed has not been cleaned for weeks! All furniture is shabby

The hotel is tired. Strongly. Both the halls and the rooms and the pool require renovation. Literally everything is falling apart and crumbling. The kitchen is tin. We spent 2 nights in Havana, I do not recommend staying there any longer. 4* does not match at all, unlike the hotel in Varadero, which we then moved to.
