Is it objective to say that it doesn't sit well without resentment and let's pick something up, is there a problem? I was also going to buy a striped shirt and a white one. As a result, after such communication, I decided to leave and not come back. There is a very nice young girl in this store who is always nice to buy something from. The Dana Mall also provided excellent help with the selection and purchase of high-waisted trousers. It was important to figure out what the problem was, but I asked something wrong, because I'm not in a hurry to draw a conclusion right away, and I asked several people why this employee at Keyman was behaving like this. It turns out that with everyone, it doesn't matter where the information comes from. Just a request to send this woman anywhere but away from the Keyman store. I would never buy anything from such an employee, the employee is the face of the company. Draw your own conclusions. I would just fire and not spoil the reputation of the store, I just recruited a fresh person with a desire to sell and the ability to communicate, after that I don't want to go to Nemiga again with the risk of seeing it. I will post my review not only here. There are no questions about the clothes, the quality is amazing, all the purchases made from you are pleasing today.

For example, golf in the composition of cotton acrylic for 119-139r and golf in the composition of cashmere, cotton,acrylic at a price of 150 rubles, would be a good solution. However, the price of golfa cotton acrylic is clearly overstated at this moment. Another example: Gloves price 120-140r, higher quality tailoring is required for this money, the leather is not bad but not of the best quality for this money, even if compared with the Belarusian "accent" of the highest quality for 110-128r. Kaman gloves lose, not to mention that you can pay 70-80 rubles and buy already top quality from ecco (Denmark). There is no limit to perfection, we are working on a brand designer according to the line and control the market according to the price-quality offer.

They do not seek to offer the client an alternative. The quality of the shoes is in great doubt. I didn't pay attention at the time of purchase, as a result, one shoe turned out to be worn out. I returned to the store, 10 minutes passed after the purchase. The manager (or the senior salesperson, she did not introduce herself) began to explain that this was natural wear and tear! ))) That's right, but it's a new pair of shoes. She offered to leave the shoes, an examination will be carried out and an answer will be given in 14 days. But I need shoes now. Thanks again for the "service". After the first dry cleaning, the suit sat down a little, the jacket is constantly wrinkled: I put it on, got into the car, came to work - and it feels like no one ironed the jacket.. The view is untidy. It's the same story with trousers. You can buy a more expensive suit, but with better quality. We're not going back here.
