I went to the clinic during a severe crisis: after panic episodes, it was difficult for me to sleep, move, talk, eat, or do anything at all. Since the clinic was close to home, it was the easiest place for me to get to. I conducted a small consultation of doctors, I liked Ekaterina Mikhailovna Liang, but unfortunately, she did not receive patients. There was a post on her telegram channel saying that all the doctors at this center on Labzak are very good, so I almost randomly chose Tatiana Afanasyevna for us. The doctor was 20 minutes late for the appointment, I went into a gloomy office and while I was tearfully telling about my problem, someone knocked and came into the office, the doctor's phone was constantly ringing, which she was distracted by. The appointment lasted about 15-20 minutes (psychiatric diagnosis usually lasts 1.5 hours). It was obvious that she was in a hurry or she was just not interested. She asked me some irrelevant condescending questions and prescribed outdated antidepressants, antipsychotics, and nootropics (which are not recognized by evidence-based medicine). Unfortunately, after such an appointment, I did not have confidence in the doctor and her prescription, I did not start treatment with her and went to another place where I received support, a good examination and amazing medical treatment.
I would also like to note that Sergey Alexandrovich Syunyakov works at this center and the clinic is proud of the doctor who participated in the development of the homeopathic drug Afobazol.
With this review, I want to advise everyone who is in serious condition not to rush to the first readily available doctor and ask for help in finding one. Check all prescribed medications and do not accept homeopathic or unproven treatment. I advise doctors to be more empathetic and understanding. And clinics are not proud of unscientific achievements of doctors.

I came to an appointment, a girl tells me I called yesterday, you didn't answer, you are now scheduled for another time (in an hour), I say that I confirmed the appointment at this time and should go to the same time, which they say is good and ask you to wait. I keep you posted, it's been 20 minutes from the appointment and I'm not in the office.

We were at the reception today, and they started arguing and insisting that the discount was not 150, but 100 thousand))) Isn't it funny to argue with a patient over 50 thousand? Should we record our conversations next time so that you don't make mistakes in making promises and appointments?
