There is no electronic queue when there are a lot of people-a mess, they occupy two windows at once, someone does not have time, someone is sent with an incorrect payment, the queue gets confused, kapets. Nowhere is it indicated that the payment is ONLY in the MINSK REGION.MINSK district, even if the residence address is different. There are no complaints about the employees, they work locally, quickly, smoothly
