The rooms are large, bright, and clean. Friendly staff. A good breakfast for 2000 tons. There are shopping malls nearby, with grocery stores where you can buy yourself something for lunch and dinner. There is 1 stop to the railway station.

A good hotel, we stay for the second time in a row. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a very convenient location, at least for us there is a good transport interchange. Quiet area in the evening and at night. Both the children and we slept peacefully. We booked in advance, all wishes were taken into account, all questions will be answered immediately. We really liked the cafe, good breakfasts at a very reasonable price, you can choose food for every taste. And pancakes, and omelets, and scrambled eggs, and cheesecakes. Nice hotel! The staff is polite. The rooms are clean and spacious. The more spacious rooms are on the right side. Near the hotel there are shops Yuzhny, Tair, Koton, Mir optik, bazaar.... There are places to eat nearby. The railway station is also far away (10 minutes walk across the bridge).

Several times, on my way from Pavlodar to Almaty, I stopped here for lunch on the recommendation of friends who spent the night at this hotel and they were arranged by a cafe located in the hotel itself.
I gave 5 stars to IZUMRUD cafe here, and not to the hotel itself, since I did not spend the night in the rooms and my assessment would not be objective.
I like the cafe because there is a fairly large selection of dishes, everything is prepared fresh, and it is cozy there.
There is a fairly large parking lot at the hotel and I always parked quietly.
There is a large supermarket nearby, which means that if someone wants to shop around.
