We bought groceries at the store, and we really like the stores of this chain.Delicious and high-quality products. Something is cheap, something is expensive. But lately the store has gone bad.Starting from some employees who treat customers badly, please invite the store manager .Says the employee , I have no idea what you're talking about .The employee didn 't particularly want to accept the damaged goods by receipt .Semi-finished products that have only a day left before the expiration date are being sold with a discount of only 30%.It already has a spoiled smell, the packaging is already swollen because the product is spoiled. They manage to sell , this product should not be sold , but should be disposed of .I had to return to the store 2 times to return the goods.I do not recommend even buying in this store.

It's a good store , but stop selling overdue items at a discount . I go in after work to buy and don't notice that there's a discount and it's overdue. I come home and it 's impossible to drink sour milk . It's not even about the money. And people come and choose your store out of three, and you sell expired products. The store of the "at home" format has earned this star, but no more.
The assortment is not bad, and the idea of the finished product is not bad either. But the realization of this idea is something with something.
I've given the store a chance many times because I'm close to work, but it's all in vain. In my head, only: "Do you want to spoil your mood? Go to the local famous."
The operating mode and location are the only advantages.
And now for the cons:
1) Staff. 🤦🏼♀️
Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the names, but almost all the employees of this wonderful institution are the most unpleasant people. Only one red-haired girl is friendly with customers. And he'll say hello (unlike the others), and he'll ask about the package and the receipt, and he can also wish you a good day.
Regarding other cashier sellers… The expressions on the faces of girls and women are as if they are counting not people, but sorry. They may not pay attention to the customer for a very long time and are completely unaware of their assortment.…
There was such a situation: a man came and asked for a small bottle of vodka (0.2), the cashier remembered for a very long time where they had vodka in the pre-checkout area, offered the most popular option, and when the man said "let's do something else," the cashier replied "oh, to be honest, I don't understand that, hee-hee," and the potential buyer just walked away)
What do you mean, "I don't understand"? This is part of the cashier's duties.
2) Coffee machine. It's
a pity that I didn't have time to take it off, as the coffee was pouring out of the cup at 70 percent cooking(
A couple of days ago, on the contrary, coffee was half a cup. And last month, while throwing out the waste, the cashier couldn't put the pallet back for 10 minutes. Suggestions include that cashiers make coffee for customers themselves or monitor the operation of the machine.
3) Finished products. We've finally reached this point.
I can understand that it is not profitable for the store to throw away the finished products that have not been purchased, so you give a discount in a day or two. WELL, NOT FOR FISH PRODUCTS!!! I'm sorry, is everything okay?
Even relatively fresh foods, for example: sandwiches that are 2 days old, with lettuce leaves in them that are yellow and smell bad. You need to buy a sandwich, and also sit and pick out a salad. Further down the list. Noodles with pepper, mushrooms, asparagus and seeds: I didn't notice the slightly swollen packaging only because of the cooking date, which indicated that the noodles were 2 days old. So it was sour, straight into the trash. I took rice with vegetables and chicken, so the rice was stuck together and everything was in oil, there was more oil than the rice itself, the smell was terrible - 2 days from the date of cooking.
No, this is not a coincidence, I try not to take finished products from you for more than two days.
Why?
And here's the most interesting part. At the beginning of August and in the middle of August (twice) I took a sausage sandwich. The first time I called an ambulance, it was terribly bad. The second time, the ambulance had to be called directly to work. !I'm not trying to slander you! I repeat, I work nearby and these days I haven't eaten anything but these sandwiches.
+The situation of a colleague, I took a sushi dog at a discount and went down for 3 days with poisoning, I didn't eat anything but this and homemade fresh food.
Please keep an eye on what you feed people! Spoiled fish and seafood are very dangerous to health. Stop bullying people. It's a pity that all the photos and videos are lost, I would like to show you what your concern for customers looks like.
