I was pleasantly surprised to visit the Met Tea cafe. Delicious drinks, a cozy atmosphere and helpful staff - all this creates an ideal place to relax and enjoy. I especially liked the variety of flavors and the choice of ingredients for drinks. I will definitely come back here again and again!

We come in almost daily, everything is great, the drinks are delicious, my favorite is Cheese grapes and watermelon is not bad. The girls work beautifully, they are polite, they will tell you everything and explain if you do not understand tea. We recommend it to the whole family 💪🏻

We are pleased with the diverse menu of unusual drinks. We visited this place for the second time. The first time there was no tapioca, so we didn't order anything. This time I tried milk tea with coconut. A good sugar balance, a large portion in a comfortable glass.
The service also turned out to be good, but perhaps because they were not in a hurry.

I am very dissatisfied with this institution.. An order was made for two drinks Grape and Mango…There was no mango, they offered it with Strawberries, everything was fine with us, we paid and went to wait for the order .... we WAITED for 25 minutes ... in the end they gave only strawberry ... to the question where is the second one, they answered "and you had one drink!
I don't understand at all how these workers are still at the cash register..If you can't make orders and remember TWO cocktails, then what did you forget at the checkout?
Not only did they cook for a long time, they also prepared only ONE cocktail, then looking at me with the eyes of "who are you, there is no cocktail for you here.".
no customer orientation!! I will never contact this institution again and I will tell everyone how terrible it is here

In their understanding, it is normal to respond to a client at night, and pretend that they have nothing to do with it, and in general, you are to blame. They do not go to conflict resolution. Everyone praises the menu and delicious drinks so much, but no one talks about the garbage on the tables that they leave behind.
Questions to the management: The urn at the exit is full (should I put more urns? Should I empty them more often?, the restroom is beautiful, but dirty (the mini urn is overflowing - the restroom should be clean - a large urn, there is a lot of water near the sink, the rim is dirty as if they are stepping on it).

They made drinks for him right away, they gave them to us after 25 minutes, although they warned us that 10-15 minutes..... It was smoothed out not to put one star only on the delicious drinks menu. If you are ready to wait 25-30 minutes for your drink, then please. Many ingredients are also missing!!! The evening is ruined..... I'm not going there anymore.
