I am absolutely delighted with this salon! The massage is simply amazing, the feeling of complete relaxation during the massage and the feeling of lightness afterwards. A very pleasant atmosphere, comfort and an incredible gel pillow that leaves no marks on the face. Massage therapist Vlad is very pleasant and attentive, in a word, a professional (with a medical degree).

I did manicures and pedicures in this salon, I was satisfied with the level of comfort and the quality of the services provided)) Manicure master Polina, we did extremely long nails for a photo shoot, the design, the highlights are all ♥️, pedicure was done by master Daria, very neat and attentive, although I know I have a little problem with my feet, but the master coped, also a sooo soft and pleasant pedicure chair. I am a regular customer of Miel. Good prices, beautiful interior, always clean! The staff is very friendly, they always treat you to tea or coffee with two sweets, it's very nice. The prices are nice! I also give the salon 5 for my favorite master! Tatiana has been my favorite and best master for more than a year, thanks to Tatiana I always walk with beautiful and well-groomed hands. Performs the work very carefully and efficiently! I came to the manicure injection, I wanted a French jacket with a dairy base… The manicure master, a young blonde, did something that turned the gel yellow.... And there is nothing to block ... it was also initially voiced: "oh. I've never painted a French jacket, let's try "Damn, guys, I came to do a service and pay for it, moreover, I always tip for the quality… But damn, I've never had such a horror before. Yes, in addition, from 10.30 to 13.30 we sat and did our nails. The master's hands were shaking. Already when the limit came to my psychos, I said let's paint it all over in black, but the master began to smear everything, etc. As a result, they made it just shiny, since sequins are the easiest to apply… Nails look like sleepers… I have three children and it's hard to find time for a manicure. I was also recorded for eyelashes (correction of extensions), but from this horror with nails I was just afraid to go for eyelashes! I always did it in the salon "majorka", if you need quality, go to it. There was simply no way to get there in time… That's what happened. It's melancholy and sadness when the staff is inexperienced and ignorant of what's what ... I can't redo the manicure, I just feel sorry for the nails, I'll wait a couple of weeks. They didn't take the payment, and I wouldn't have paid for this shame.… I would go to court to compensate for my time!!! And anyway, will someone restore my nails after this?!???

I got the worst manicure of my life at this salon. It all started with the fact that I couldn't get to my master in December and had to find something on the side. The choice fell on this salon, and there were windows not far from the house - that's where the advantages ended.
During the recording, I indicated that for me, strong nails without excess material are a priority (if your masters do not know how to do this, refuse the procedure)
We made an appointment with master Elizabeth - I got to Polina, but okay, it's not critical. The process itself was standard, but on day 2, my coating began to crack. They offered to sign up for a correction, 3 nails were corrected, for some reason the master did not think to look at the rest of the nails, and a day after the correction, the rest began to crumble. I wrote on Instagram that I want to refund the money (the cost of the procedure is 75p for a regular monophonic! it's far from the average price in the city) they told me that I could stop by and get my money refunded, and they also offered me an alternative to have my manicure redone from scratch - I agreed because I don't want to be on NG with a manicured manicure. The master was different, quite rude, she tried to push all the responsibility for the sock onto me, saying there was something wrong with me, I was on hormonal pills and other nonsense, I didn't really want to listen to it before work. I did my job quickly, but my nails turned out to be "buns" and of different lengths, and the next day I started peeling again. I absolutely do not want to write to the administrator and solve this issue, apparently it is also pointless - 3 times it is no longer a coincidence, but a pattern.

I came to the salon, they had already started washing my hair, and only then the master asked if I knew the price. I said that I looked at the site, besides, there was a 10% discount for new customers. The receptionist didn't call me. As a result, it turned out that the haircut is 76p, there is no discount - it's just that the owner did not change the prices on the site.
This is all good, of course, but the prices on the site have not been changed, and they say one price on the phone, but in fact it is another - higher (friends had such an experience).

I did an ear puncture, when recording the price was announced 65p. After the procedure, the administrator began to count and something did not add up. The amount came out less. As a result, they gave a 10% discount, it was nice, but before I could leave, the man (apparently the owner of the salon) started talking rudely to the administrator, saying that he would deduct something from the salary. I consider it unacceptable behavior to sort things out in front of a client. Please do not subtract anything from the administrator!!!! Master Svetlana (if I remember correctly) well done! She is a very polite, client-oriented girl who approaches her work with care. I give her 5 stars. A man should think about his behavior, it's a shame.

It was 08/29/22 - I signed up for a men's pedicure through Yandex. maps - the cost was indicated 44p + 7p, I agreed to polish. After I had the procedure done, at the checkout I find out that the amount to be paid will be 65p instead of 51, and this is after a 10% discount, the administrator replied to my objection that they "forgot" to change the prices in Yandex... OK, I'm going home, opening their website, and.... there is a price of 44 rubles +7 for polishing! I call them again, explain the situation, and they tell me that the master who served you only does a SMART pedicure, which is more expensive - but they didn't warn me about it! I go back to the website, to the online registration form and.... Voila, this master can provide, among other things, an ordinary male pedicure. So, instead of resolving the situation, they tried to deceive me 2 times.
According to the procedure itself: the master (Eleanor Zh) spoke quite sharply about my previous master, did everything in a hurry, so the procedure took 50 minutes, instead of the stated 1.30 hours. Well, during the treatment of the feet, she "set fire" to the skin many times to the point of pain and still continued to do it despite my objections.
So instead of getting a regular customer, we got fast money and negative feedback.

I've been going to Mielle's salon for a year now. There is always a pleasant and calm atmosphere here. Polite receptionists will always offer coffee with some kind of candy. I really like doing manicures in Miel and watching my favorite shows on YouTube in parallel. All the masters are just super, they provide services at the highest level so that time passes quickly and without strain. Recently, on my Birthday, I received an SMS about a 20% discount on all services. It was very pleasant and unexpected.
