Not a very pleasant place. We went to exchange rubles. We were refused, saying that they do not change our Russian passport (although we entered the country using it). When they tried to find out why, the woman began to get angry and even started shouting. Very unpleasant staff.

The best exchange rate in the city, the exchange offices of MIG are the best. I recommend. But I haven't seen a ramp for the disabled in any of them, it needs to be improved.
