Positive: there are three railway tracks on the territory, a lot of storage facilities, cheap forklift and crane services, you will always find contact with the management.

If you arrived for the first time and uploaded / unloaded in an hour - consider yourself lucky!
An extremely bureaucratic office.
I lost an hour and a half, provided that the goods are paid for and in stock. When I was there, people stood for three hours, couldn't leave because of the wonderful organization of warehouse logistics and other crazy problems.
Next time, I won't go there for any money.
