To which they tell me that, they say, you were not allowed to repay this month, but only next month, since the car is pledged, and it needs to be withdrawn from it, it takes time. An interesting fact for me was that the lessee is not aware that the property is pledged. Later, I found out that the pledge period ends five days before the date of the desired redemption and it was quite possible to close the deal at my request. The manager also claimed that the casco had already been paid (so there's nothing you can do, you'll have to cooperate with us), again, after calling the insurance company, I found out that the payment had not been received. And, yes, money is taken for drawing up an early repayment agreement! They also said that they are not obliged to allow early redemption. In general, if you want to face the provision of incorrect information, additional payments, and an optional early redemption permit)), then you should contact this organization.

This car was checked within 12 hours.the result is guaranteed.He left, leaving him there. Long litigation in the courts.....as a result, I was ordered to pay all lease payments in court.this car was returned to Germany, from where it was stolen in 2010. The answer of the leasing company is that he chose the subject of leasing himself. There is no car, but the money is 22,000 euros. anyway, you need to give it back. Be careful in your choice!!!

I was a client of this company, and I had only terrible impressions. Firstly, they paid less for car insurance than indicated in our contract. They never returned the difference. And now to the relationship with customers. I took the amount in foreign currency, so the contract stated that I had to pay at the national exchange rate.the bank on the day of payment. But the day of payment is considered by them, not the day when you actually paid, but the day when the money came to their account. As a result, debts in the amount of 1 kopeck to 2 rubles were formed due to the difference in exchange rates. No one notified me about them, and I didn't receive any text messages informing me about it. They recorded it as late payments and submitted information to the national bank that I was a malicious defaulter. I have 4 children, now I need to take out a loan for the construction of housing, but no one gives it to me because my credit history is completely ruined. I contacted them about this, but they sent me in a mild form.
