The range of goods is good, as with all stores in the network, but specifically in this store I always encounter deception, then they will punch the only product twice, and then allegedly made a refund that never returned, then they always confuse with price tags: "oh, they hung it wrong", "oh, they put it wrong", "oh, they forgot to change it." I understand everything, the human factor, we are all people, but there was a time when I bought a product ~ 20% more expensive than the price on the shelf, after the purchase I went with a consultant, showed it, did not make a fuss and issue a refund, I just asked to put the right price tag - "of course, sorry, our fault, everything is now we'll fix it," I went in 3 days later and nothing has changed. Today there is also a 4p price tag, 8p in the receipt (although pennies, but 2 times too much), I immediately drew the seller's attention, to which I received a simple answer "And this is not this product's price tag, but the neighboring one", but there is not even a price tag for the product itself, with all this, after after I drew her attention to this, I did not see any actions to correct the price tag Very unpleasant
