We stayed at this hotel in 2024 in September with my husband! A wonderful place! Clean, tidy, pleasant! Disposable slippers and toothbrushes pleased me, because I forgot my own))) A delicious varied breakfast!A gorgeous veranda on the top floor, it's fun to sit with a glass of wine in the evenings)Special thanks to the host David!!!! He met us as his own children and said goodbye the same way! Very friendly and caring! Thank you so much for the warm welcome and care! Prosperity to you and your institution! The hotel is super! The building itself is very aesthetic, parking is convenient, European-level rooms, comfortable beds, luxurious breakfasts, there is a terrace with a beautiful view (where you can chat with a glass, but it was cool in March)), well, in general, the host party at all levels is great! David is an extremely hospitable person and keeps the level of business, treats guests very attentively and warmly, thank you! I recommend 100%. On departure, we were presented with bottles of drinking water for the road, special thanks!!!

Great hotel! All the reviews before me are 100% true! It's clear! Cozy! The owner of the hotel is very friendly, sociable and caring. When we were sitting on the veranda, he got up and offered blankets. He handed us bottles of water on the way . Thank you so much for everything! I wish you good luck and prosperity! Yesterday we returned from vacation and celebrated our arrival with friends, remembered you and praised you. You did a great job! If we are passing through Borjomi, we will stay only with you !

We stayed at the hotel with my mother and child at the end of April.
Very clean rooms, pleasant smell, comfortable new mattresses and pillows, really relaxing in the room. Towels, slippers, bathroom accessories - everything is fine! Tea set, coffee, water - everything was in the room.
Beautiful view from the terrace😍
Wonderful fresh breakfast!
But the main reason why I would like to return to this hotel is REAL GEORGIAN HOSPITALITY!
David Grigorievich is a hospitable host, a warm and responsive person, you feel welcome!

A great hotel!!! Located evenly from everything!!! The staff is helpful and kind. All communication is in Russian!!! A large selection of breakfast menus (even a little surprised). My advice: in the morning, when you wake up, pour coffee or tea and onto the outdoor terrace!!! Enjoy the view!!! Thanks for the rest!

We stayed for two nights. A nice small hotel and a very hospitable host. The hotel is new, high-quality furniture and plumbing. On the top floor there is an outdoor terrace for evening gatherings.
Breakfast buffet - vegetables, cheese, sausages, sausages, pancakes, fruits. Natural coffee is brewed. For children - cereal with milk.
There is a private parking.
We lived in a triple room on the ground floor. New furniture, good finish. Fresh white bed linen and towels. Towels are changed daily. Tea, water.

A terrible experience, I do not recommend it!
Our stay at the Milano Palace Hotel was just a nightmare. The rooms were dirty, the service was terrible, and the attitude of the staff left much to be desired. The hotel was very noisy, which prevented us from relaxing.
The most unpleasant thing is the threats from the administration. We were yelled at in front of my family and my two-year-old son. The hotel owner turned out to be an absolutely inadequate person.
In no case do not visit this facility if you want to save your nerves and health!

A wonderful hotel, courteous staff and a wonderful host who was almost always there. Every time he asked how we were doing and if everything was okay, he told us where we could go. Playpens for children are provided. The rooms are constantly cleaned, very clean and well furnished. Delicious breakfasts, there is always tea, coffee, fruits and sweets. We were very satisfied

A very cozy hotel, the owner is an extremely courteous and charismatic person. We want to come here again. After the trip from Batumi, we slept like children, such cool beds and a cozy clean room, everything is at home and in the center of the town.

The hotel we booked initially refused to accommodate us as they did not have heating. We found this hotel and 20 minutes after the first conversation on the phone, we were already checked in. This is an amazing hotel in terms of cleanliness and comfort. A warm room with a balcony, snow-white linen and towels, excellent hot water pressure, a kettle of seagulls / coffee / water, a refrigerator, slippers, quietly cozy, beautiful view from the window. A wonderful breakfast, a hospitable reception, we were greeted and escorted off like good old friends. People are the main asset of this hotel.
