The choice is excellent, but the service of this construction store was very disappointing. When we came for a consultation, firstly, they made us wait for more than 20 minutes. Secondly, after the consultant finally appeared, his work was extremely slow and inefficient. He showed absolute incompetence and was practically unable to help with the questions. Wasted time and no benefit from this consultation.

The selection of products is quite large, but the necessary items are not always available, or they are represented only by low/high-budget samples. Rare positions of home engineering (electrics, water and heat supply, ventilation) are not represented here in principle. The price tag for most positions is higher than the market / Internet, it makes sense to take goods on shares - they are usually cheaper than the market. But their accumulation system seemed useless to me.

It's a nightmare. I came in regularly, recently something has changed and it has become disgusting. If someone needs advice, you are in the wrong place, at best they will show you which way to go, at worst they will mislead you and you will buy the wrong thing at all, or I will say that there is no product because the consultant does not know the assortment and she/he is too lazy to show where it stands. Of course, not all sellers are bad, there are those who worked before, but those who work recently do not want to do their job at all and the management does nothing about it.

The assortment is good, the prices are reasonable, but the delivery took almost half an hour!(of which I provided the necessary information in 3 minutes). At the same time, there were no people from the word at all. In OM, they do it much faster. And the delivery amount is from 700 rubles for free, too much...they say order in the online store, not here, we have only one driver and then you will unload from the body and lift to the floor. Even for an additional fee. This service cannot be paid for. And there are things that you want to choose with your own eyes.
