We, the buyers, also understand everything, we are trying to get into the situation, etc. But I have never met such an attitude to my work and the performance of my duties anywhere ((( I needed to cut 4.5 m of tape for ceiling cornices. I turned to 6 EMPLOYEES!!!! someone didn't even look in my direction, the rest said they weren't from this department.It seemed that some girl was walking towards me, but on the way to me she got a call and, as a result, she went to another department. Dear customers, you have no idea how I bought my product.I managed to persuade one of the employees to serve me, but immediately with the caveat that she was very worried that she would cut the ribbon crookedly. I convinced her that there were no complaints on my part. As a result, this manipulation did not work out for her, and I cut the tape myself!!!
There was an opinion that it was as if special frames were being selected there, which must necessarily have laziness, indifference, indifference and a very slow (rambling) gait.
Once again, I really want to turn to the management: please pay attention to the selection of personnel. There is no professional ethics at all. The assortment is not even very bad in the store, but when you think about the service, you lose the desire to go there.
