In second place is the store on Prytytsky Avenue, then in the area of the village of zacentrovka. We bought a chandelier in this store yesterday. It didn't fit the size. We turned to a consultant for help, did not prompt, did not consult properly. I just took off the chandelier, like, take it and go pay.Today, the refund was refused, the boorish attitude towards customers. The consultant in the chandeliers is a separate conversation. The administrator did not offer to find some kind of compromise. This is not the first time I have come across this store.It's just that a terrible store is not interested in customers. Neither the consultant nor the cashier hinted that the goods could be exchanged and returned. We asked the Administrator why they did not explain that the goods could not be returned, we were answered that we should tell everyone about not returning the goods. I do not advise you to return the product in this store.

I started to figure it out - they said they forgot to clean it and couldn't do anything.
