The cylinder exchange point operates strictly according to the work schedule. There are always 5,12,27 and 50 litre cylinders available. The average balloon exchange time takes from 2 to 5 minutes, depending on the type of balloon and the number of people in the queue. There are queues on Mondays before lunch, on Fridays and Saturdays after lunch. The rest of the days are free. It is possible to drive directly to the exchange point, as well as Parking outside the facility. During the delivery of the cylinders and their unloading, the cylinders are not exchanged. The facility is guarded by the security of the UE Mingaz and is under round-the-clock video surveillance.
