We had a rest in June. The sea is clean and warm. The hosts are kind and helpful. There is a family cafe with a varied menu on the territory of the hotel. Everything is cooked delicious, at home. The rooms are clean, air conditioning, shower, TV, refrigerator. The territory is clean and well maintained. The sea is 10 steps away. Rest is not overshadowed by the worries of searching for food and traveling. Everything is there! We will be glad to return to Uncle Slavik and his family again and again! See you soon!

It's a disgusting place, they put it on the 1st floor. There are woodlice in the air conditioner, mold on the walls. Maybe someone was more lucky, but those who want to relax normally definitely don't go here. We moved out for the 2nd day. With such a quality of housing, they also did not want to return the money.

A great place for a family vacation, we went there for the fourth year in a row. Access to the sea directly from the courtyard, from the veranda on the second floor there is a wonderful view, the staff is kind and helpful, and Uncle Slava himself is just a darling.

A very nice guest house. The sea is nearby. Everything is delicious. The owner and his family are very polite, helpful and kind people. I've been coming here for 3 years in a row. I really like it. Massage was opened this year. The rooms are clean. The beach is 30 meters away (you left the hotel and you are in the sea. I want to emphasize that the owner himself organizes and conducts excursions, advises much better. This house became our family's second home. Come and have a rest - you will not regret it.

We had a rest from September 11 to 22, 2022. I really liked the place, the exit from the dining room directly onto the beach. The room is clean, with fresh unobtrusive wallpaper, toilet and shower in the room, TV, refrigerator. There is a huge fig in the yard, now I know how delicious it is when it ripens and falls off the branch, thank you that the owners did not forbid eating. They paid 1,500 rubles for a triple room. From neighboring guest houses they came and looked at our living conditions and all, as one, concluded that we have the coolest conditions!!! Transfer to the border from the owners, as well as a gorgeous excursion with humor and jokes from Slavik!!! The weather let us down, but the location helped, because if it started to rain, we went to the room as soon as the sun peeked out, we returned to the sun beds, we could carry out 5-6 "sorties" per day, because the sea is 20 steps away. And how great it was in the evening, even in a thunderstorm, to sit in the dining room with the windows open and listen to the sound of the surf, eating wine and barbecue. I highly recommend this guest house to those who like a quiet and relaxing holiday!!!

Everything is great, I really liked it! This is certainly not a five-star hotel, but everything is neat and clean, room amenities. Parking in the yard is free! 👍For those who like to spend time with pathos, it is unlikely to work, but a great family option. There is always a place on the beach, you do not need to walk over your heads like on the Krasnodar coast. There is everything for a pleasant stay, the dining room is always fresh and delicious beer, the sea is ten steps away! The shops are across the street.
