I've been there twice. Both are on weekdays, around 14.00 and 16.00. Both times are closed, there are no notes about a temporary break. Most likely, the store is not working at all.

Есть парень который чинит и обувь и аксессуары , там есть ещё швея которая будет заниматься этим вопросом и сделает очень хорошо, там есть ещё магазин где можно купить попить кофе и чай
