A family-run guest house located in the immediate vicinity of Issyk-Kul. Friendly, but not too efficient staff, strict rules on silence after 23.00, which, however, look strange, because there is a club nearby from which music plays until 01.00. The rooms are relatively clean, without air conditioners and hair dryers, but there are refrigerators, safes. The drinking regime is only boiling water from the boiler in the dining room, which can be poured into a thermos flask, which is located in each room. There is no water cooler. Everything is loose enough, the handles jam, the doors of rooms, toilets, showers sometimes open (or close) with difficulty. Excellent audibility between rooms. The staff is very attentive to the cleanliness of the pool, disinfecting communal tables in the courtyard every morning. Apples, roses, and bushes grow on the small territory of the guest house. Everything is well maintained. There is parking on the territory of the guest house, everything is under video surveillance, the entrance is via an electronic combination lock. You can buy breakfast from 8.00 to 9.00 - porridge, pancakes, tea. The menu changes every day. There is no coffee. In general, it is great for a family holiday - affordable, with care and attention, but a small repair in the rooms, solving problems with the Internet, maybe small benches next to the rooms, because there are not enough tables on the street for everyone, and there are rains on Issyk Kul ... Summary - I recommend.

Great, this boarding house has exceeded all my expectations, I'll just say it in a nutshell and everything will be clear to everyone... Little Switzerland, a pretty cozy and beautiful boarding house just can't be explained on your fingers, you need to visit it, without exaggeration. Excellent rooms for 2 and 3 or more vacationers, clean and cozy toilets and shower cubicles. Excellent, spacious dining room, if desired, you can order breakfast, lunch, dinner there and is perfect for holding cultural events, with about 20 people easily, there is an excellent, clean and well-maintained swimming pool in the center of the hotel, there is a tennis and billiard table on the territory, a pool for children under 10 years old is also present, Wi-Fi at normal speed, the staff working in Maksat is very neat, friendly and helpful, they will help with any question, the lake is a 7-10 minute walk away slowly. Nearby, within walking distance, there is everything and a small market with fruits, a bunch of cafes for every taste, in general, if anyone considers this Maksat boarding house as a place to relax for a couple of weeks, then you will not regret 100% and those who were in Anapa will remember something ... :-) I give five well-deserved stars and if it were possible, I would put six. I recommend gentlemen.

Comfortably. Friendly staff. They're trying. Two pools, clean, tidy, calm. The kids in the pool are just getting high. The territory is green, there is a free Parking lot. The rooms are ordinary, I feel uncomfortable with the pillow. There is no air conditioning, but it is not stuffy. It's a little noisy in the rooms when children are splashing and running around. The lake is a 5-minute walk away. There are cafes nearby where you can eat. You can order breakfast in the boarding house directly-very normal (porridge, pancakes, pancakes, sausage cheese a little at a time, cottage cheese, butter, tea)

Two rooms and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The territory is well maintained, the pool is for adults and children. Roses, apples, beauty. The staff is good, clean and tidy.

The boarding house is located in the center, close to shops, a market, Rukh Ordo park, a city park with many attractions for children, a beach. Only positive memories remain!

The rest is ruined!!! Two stars for the territory of the hotel and for the polite staff. There's nothing else to bet on. I wanted to describe everything, but changed my mind. I have not seen such horror (around the Council of Deputies) for good, and money, for a long time. There is horror beyond the territory!!! The numbers are terrible! I do not recommend this place at all.

We rested in Troy with a child for 12 days in August 2018. I liked everything very much. Well-maintained beautiful territory, with two swimming pools and a Playground for kids. There are sun beds near the pools. The staff is polite and pleasant. The rooms are excellent, well renovated. The room has everything you need - a refrigerator, a TV, dishes, a thermal kettle, towels, soap, toilet paper, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a table, chairs, well, a bed of course. You can take a hair dryer for a small deposit. The territory is fenced, outsiders will not enter, a fence with an intercom and a key, there is a guard. There is parking for cars. Close to the lake. There is a private dining room where you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal, having previously signed up. A tennis table. Plastic tables with chairs on the territory where you can sit, relax, and eat... In general, there is everything for a good rest!
