We were looking for a house for a large company (4 families with children), of course there are many options, but mostly there are only 2 bathrooms in houses for such a company. Here they are in every room, of course, this is a huge plus, thanks to this plus, they chose this house.Near Minsk plus. The house is also a big plus. There is a barbecue area (I had to buy my own skewers, since those that are there, I did not even want to pick up)
Cons:
It was cool in the large room where the children were sleeping, the reason was not understood.(The shower room did not work there for some reason, we did not try to understand the reason, the toilet sink is all OK)
One towel per person (We were 3 days and I would like at least 2 pcs to dry out) the plumbing itself is of course already outdated, the faucet was leaking in our room unit.
In the kitchen there is a tile for 2 comfort plates, a microwave, a kettle, enough dishes, but the pots and pans are very tired, There is not enough oven.
There are no air conditioners (we were cold, the heating was on) but in summer it will be stuffy, if you open the window, you can hear trains giving dogs, it's hard to sleep in such conditions) The store is decent, 1.3 km away (it's not very convenient by car, you have to make an extra circle through the MKAD. The location is not very convenient, it is generally difficult without a car.
In general, you can put 3 cards.
The SPA area was not used.

Filmed entirely for a large company. Everything is fine, the rooms are clean and tidy. It is warm and what is very pleasant is a large common area where everyone is quietly accommodated.
