I would like to thank the Mirastyle company for the high level of service and post-warranty service. Special thanks to specialist Irina! 4 years after the purchase of the chandelier, the e27 cartridge, which had a specific diameter of 30mm, broke. The search for a similar cartridge was not successful. Having contacted a representative of the company via messenger and outlined the situation, the very next day I was happy (and with a new patron) returning home! Irina, thank you again! 🤸
