A wonderful hospital. In a particular case, I would like to express my gratitude to the Department of Vascular Surgery for the prompt, qualified assistance to my father. We asked for help on Sunday, October 1, in the afternoon at the reception department of the Regional Hospital. My father felt that his leg was not obeying and was numb. Despite the large number of people, 6 people were admitted to the emergency room at the same time: an unconscious woman, injuries to children, etc. The woman working on the given day listened to us. Although it seemed to me that she was registering an incoming patient in an ambulance and did not hear me, soon I saw a doctor with vascular surgery. A doctor with a capital letter. He examined his father and began to prepare for an emergency operation. Quickly, concisely, he gave orders to everyone, including us. The operation was performed late in the evening. We were answered on the phone at the post more than once. At night, when the operations were performed, we were even allowed to ask the doctor a little about his condition. Kind, helpful people and professionals in their field! That's how they are in my eyes. Many thanks to everyone working that day off. Thanks to the whole department, special thanks to the doctor.

3 stars for the doctors and the appearance of the hospital. Doctors (not all of them -look in the teeth to be given in the pocket) and mostly excellent employees, professionals. And there are no nurses to be found. In proctology, Injections are given every other time, you see, the medicine has run out in the hospital!!!! How? And the second one knits scarves. They are not afraid of anything anymore

There was a very bad aftertaste from the organization of admission to the regional clinical hospital (in the polyclinic). It was necessary to consult a pulmonologist for the driver's commission. Having previously called the polyclinic and heard on the phone that no pre-registration is needed on a paid basis, everything is in turn, you can come, I was happy to go to the regional hospital (polyclinic attached to it). To begin with, I had to wait 40(!) minutes to pay for a doctor's appointment. After receiving the long-awaited ticket, I went to the pulmonologist's office, but there was a queue. It is clear that there are many patients who want to see a narrow specialist. But if the service is paid, then why did I have to wait so long??? And what time is it about - judge for yourself: 11.15-13.00 - I couldn't get in before lunch, and then after lunch only at 15.05 the doctor saw me. There are no questions for the doctor - she is attentive, a professional in her field. However, I sent it for a spirogram (this is probably necessary, although there were no complaints). Back to the cashier - to pay for the next service, which is held in another building. Less than 15 minutes later, a medical worker came to the office and took me in. It turned out that it was necessary to pay for the bronchodilator that was used during the procedure, but for some reason they did not see at the checkout what was prescribed by the doctor. After the procedure was done, of course, I went to the cashier to pay extra, but, alas! The cash register is no longer working (was it 15.25?), and I was told that I need to go to the next building and pay extra there. To my question, can't I pay extra here, it was said that the cash register has already been withdrawn!!! In the surgical department (the cash register was still working there) She also served until 16.00. When everything was paid, she finally came to the pulmonologist, whose working day was already ending. This was understandable, because the nurse was already dressed and left with the words: "And we have already forgotten about you!"For a minute, I imagined what would have happened if I hadn't managed to get to the doctor for 1-2 minutes, and I would have to go to the regional clinic again tomorrow!!! (And it's not that close) A call to the hotline would definitely be provided! So, to summarize: to take a certificate (conclusion) it's PAID from the doctor, it took time from 10.45 to 16.05. Dear patients! If you have a choice of visiting narrow specialists, then NOT IN the REGIONAL CLINICAL HOSPITAL!!! And the administration has a huge question: have you thought through everything so that people, after paying money, do not waste so much precious time on gatherings and waiting to get to the doctors. If you can't organize it properly, then you shouldn't engage in paid services at all!!!
