I love this company, I travel everywhere and always by transport (I really like it!). When the time for trolleybuses returns to Trolleybus Park No. 5, I always watch them very pleasantly, new trolleybuses, electric buses, buses, and new T-811 trams are promised. Thank you for having us! 👍 🚈🚍🚌🚎

I would really like to advise the employees of the Ministry of Transport to take the 85c bus (Gatovo train station) at least once during rush hour! And so you can't log in, and lately flights have been constantly skipped! The buses are overcrowded, already at the second stop they are not able to accommodate all passengers. The crush, people are getting sick. The hotline constantly says that buses are breaking down. So why can't broken buses be replaced? Why are there small intervals on other routes in the city and buses run half-empty, but in Gatovo, where 16 thousand people live, even during rush hour, the interval is 15 minutes or more? Do you think other people live outside the city who are comfortable standing at bus stops for half an hour and an hour, getting wet in the rain and freezing in the cold? And how do students get home? Why put the most finished buses that are not able to go on this march????

We were traveling from Belarus to Poland on December 26 at 22:00. The carrier is a branch of Bus Park No. 5 of the State Enterprise Minsktrans. Even at the very beginning of the journey from Minsk, it was clear that the bus was not heated, it was very cold inside, but we went anyway. And we would have gotten to Poland on it if the passengers hadn't started to get indignant: one of them (and there were only 8 of us) had a child, and he started coughing because he was frozen. And only then did the drivers decide that something had to be done. Already at the border, we are informed that the stove has broken (come on!) and we will be taken to Brest railway station to wait for the next flight, and then they will pick us up. Not only could we get sick on that icy bus, we waited 2.5 hours for the next flight, and we could have been asleep at that time (we waited from 2:30 a.m. to 5 a.m.). And by the way, as far as I remember, the flight that picked us up was cheaper (but I'm not claiming), since his departure was not in the evening (like ours), but at night. Naturally, no one reimbursed us for this difference and, as usual, no one even apologized for the situation. Wow!
P.S. Buses are inconvenient, it's better to go with another company (it will be much cheaper there). We got back with Ecolines, the price difference for one is 60 rubles in favor of the second. So also the buses are more modern
