He was like a father to us. Of course, we were taught the basics, but in practice we had to retrain in a new way. Sharpilo, the director, is my teacher and a good friend. This is the person who instilled in me a passion and love for welding technology. He intensively supervised me for all 3 courses, helped me with advice, and gave me great opportunities for individual skill improvement. He also put me up for various welding competitions, the level of which began with the local ones on the basis of Maz, ending with the republican stage of WordSkills, where, thanks to the hard work of Mikhail Fedorovich and his support at a difficult moment, we showed a decent result. And so in 2020, I graduated as a real professional with 5 times next to me and I am still burning with my business, I continue to develop and achieve new heights in life.

In particular, I want to note the teachers: some have a good presentation method, and some have not crawled out of Soviet times. The director simply has no words, cannot express his thoughts in a normal way: either he will offend somehow, or he will overestimate someone in front of others. On 5 out of 10, think twice before you go there, otherwise you will not be able to leave without a fine, and even if you have studied more, please spend a year (maybe more) working out.
