On Wednesday, November 16, I paid for the goods through the store and picked them up. There are no mobile phones - only urban ones, delivery is not carried out to individuals. You need to pick up the goods only on the day of payment, not later. It's in the 21st century! There are queues at the factory for loading, traffic jams and not to leave. There are so many products that soon there will be nowhere to put it at all. We had to pay the loader to load it quickly, otherwise we would have lost 3-4 hours. They only give you a month to return the pallets, and the deposit for them is space. At the same time, one bar was missing in one of the 18 pallets, and it held slightly in the second. And then they won't take them back. This is not the way to work with clients. The attitude is indifferent.
