For a long time we worked with them by wire transfer. The problems were frequent, but they were solved quickly enough, but for the last time... The product was shipped to us twice, the second time by mistake. We are trying to return the storekeeper, probably the most important person in the company, decided not to accept because we did not bring with us a bunch of certificates signed by 10 commissions on what basis we are returning this product. A manager who makes a mistake doesn't solve anything. It's just some kind of trash.
