I would like to leave a review about the work of Olga Piletskaya, an employee of the Mir Real Estate agency, and warn her future potential clients.
During the transaction, we acted as sellers with our agent, the contract with whom we had officially concluded.
Piletskaya O. was from the buyer's side and introduced herself as her friend.
From the first minutes of communication, she created a tense atmosphere, interfering in the discussion of the details of the transaction in an aggressive tone, although she was an outsider. In the process of the transaction, the deadlines were postponed from its submission, new demands were constantly being made and there was a feeling that they wanted to disrupt the deal in order to pay a penalty on our part.
Directly during the final and important stage of the transaction, at our insistence, she was forced to introduce herself, so we learned her full name and the name of the agency where she works, which suggested that she accompanied this transaction without formalizing her relationship with the buyer officially.
It was only thanks to the professional and coordinated actions of our agent that the transaction took place.
I highly do not recommend cooperation with Olga Piletskaya, a real estate agent.
