We sold our 3-room apartment on Timoshenko St. with another agency for about six months. The task was to make a counter purchase with minimal additional funds in another district of Minsk. Today I called the apartment, which is for sale through the agency "Real Estate World plus", agent Olga, apartment at Minsk, Gazeta Zvyazda Avenue, 43. The agent refused to view it, explaining: "she will waste her time and gasoline just like that", that she needs to "pay 5 basic", that "viewing is not free." To my suggestion that I am ready to pay for the services of the agency 60 bases. after viewing and being interested, as well as since I pay for the services of the agency, they would consider my proposals. They hysterically explained to me what an important job they had, and I was just wasting their time. I have a question: are you really interested in providing agency services for the sale of an apartment, do you limit your client's choice and finding new buyers and offers, or is your gasoline and time important to you? Then your professional activity is in question for me, as a potential client, your agency, and the buyer.
