We have been ordering this water with home delivery for more than 4 years. There has been no scale on the kettle since that time. Very tasty, soft water. The female operators are always polite and attentive, as are the delivery guys. It's nice that orders are accepted until 20:00 and tomorrow morning you already have some water at home. Very convenient!
