**Advantages:**
1. Cleanliness.
2. Free water.
3. The design of the building: I personally liked the style, there is a unique taste, I want to come back, it is very unusual for a hall.
4. Free towel for bathing and wiping sweat — convenient, no need to carry.
5. Shower room: you can make ultra hot and very cold water — that's what you need.
6. Shampoo for hair, shower gel, conditioner are not of poor quality.
7. A good sauna.
8. Trainer: there is a choice, even if you are on your own and do not understand how to use the simulator, they will show you.
9. Many gyms have 10 classes per month, they have 12.
10. Many different tools for different muscle groups.
11. the price I think it's worth the money
**Disadvantages:**
1. The floor in the men's locker room is cool, but it doesn't feel much.
2. The navigator does not show exactly where to go/go. (My recommendation to the Miras Fitness organization is: please add photos of where the parking lot is to your building, the building itself, and also indicate the entrance to your building. The navigator leads me to the courtyards.)
I did not find any more significant disadvantages, or they are not significant for me.

Despite some minor flaws, such as the cool floor in the locker room and inaccuracies in navigation, the overall impression of the fitness room remains extremely positive. The high level of cleanliness, free services, facilities in the shower, high-quality hygiene products and an excellent sauna create a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. In addition, friendly and qualified trainers are always ready to help, and a variety of simulators and tools allows for a variety of effective workouts. Therefore, I confidently give 5 stars, as the hall really deserves the highest rating for the services provided and the overall comfort.
