I give 2 stars to the staff for their resourcefulness and adaptability to various situations. And for the rest, I don't really understand how you can work with food with an incorrect /old/outdated, etc. menu. We wanted to take a vegan doner, offered to twist it from whatever we want (at the same time, both cheese and sauce are obviously not from the vegetable category). It's cool that the woman did not lose her head, but if you have (or had) such a position on the menu, you still need to know what it is, otherwise you once again encounter irresponsibility and disinterest in your business / business / work.
