I always take flowers from this store, I have always been satisfied with the quality – the bouquets cost at least a week and look amazing. But the last time I was a little upset: the irises, bought on March 7, wilted in just three days, although I took care of all the recommendations. It's a pity, because usually everything here is at the highest level. I hope this is just a one-time event, and the flowers will continue to delight as much as before. In any case, the store remains my favorite – for its range, convenience and pleasant service! By the way, the bouquet lacked a Scandinavian cake, it would be perfect! 😊

I would like to write only good things about this store, as I have been buying flowers here for several years and there have been no problems, the bouquets are always of high quality and remain in good condition for at least a week.
But now about the sad... On March 7, I bought a bouquet of beautiful irises, they looked after me and kept me according to the recommendations, but alas, in less than 4 days this beauty turned into garbage that could only be thrown away... Very sorry...

A cute flower shop, I live nearby and only recently found out about it. I ordered deliveries to my friends and mom for the holidays. It is very convenient that you can choose both flowers and a gift. It's not the first time I've bought flowers in this store. Every time you come there, a smile appears - everyone is friendly, polite, always helps with the choice.
Bouquets always stand for a long time and match the photos, but they look just wonderful (as do the girls who sell them).

I have a big question for the girls who work. A competent girl served me many times, knowing her job perfectly.
The last time I came with a girl to pick flowers for my mother. For a long time we could not decide on a choice, I did not see any initiative from the workers on shift. It's not very pleasant when you stand and choose flowers, and in the reflection of the glass box you see how an employee moves his finger at his temple..
The flowers are good, and the staff killed all the mood for the evening.

I ordered roses, the store did not contact me, although the message indicated that they should call, paid for the order, but the status has not changed. As a result, the roses reached the recipient, they were enough for 2 days, it is worth drawing conclusions about the disgusting care of the flowers.
I chose based on reviews, looked for the store with the highest rating, and was disappointed.
I made the order about a month ago, I decided to write now, because the girl constantly remembers this case.

I ordered a composite composition here. I asked you to take a picture and send me a photo of the bouquet before I come to pick it up.
Because in several other flower shops, girls used to try to pass off their bouquets (with stale other types of flowers) for those that I ordered (although the bouquets looked significantly different).And also packed for long transportation.
Everything was done without any problems. The bouquet is very beautiful, it arrived in one piece.
A pleasant bonus is the courtesy of the staff and a discount on the bouquet upon pickup)

Everything is always super great. Bouquets stand for a long time, neatly and beautifully decorated, but there is one small exception: on 02/14/20, I was not very lucky with the bouquet - it stood for less than a week. (The flowers in the box are blue chrysanthemums)

A few minutes later, the manager called me and clarified the order and where to deliver the bouquet, said and waited for delivery. After 40 minutes, the courier rang my doorbell, I paid for the order and was very pleased.
