It should also be noted that the order can be stored in their warehouse, it helped me a lot when there were inconsistencies in the timing of work on the object. So far, the impression is pleasant. For example, they calculated everything, and then they call back from the production and clarify, but I really want these sizes (they suspected an error), as it turned out I wanted other sizes but did not know how the calculation was carried out. As a result, everything was promptly fixed.(but they could have just blindly completed the order...) Also, the moment with the price increase, when I came 10 days after the commercial offer, the price was 15% more expensive. We also went to a meeting and offered an additional discount so that the increase would not be so noticeable.
One of the disadvantages is the delivery, I need to find 3 people somewhere to unload. Why not offer such a service?. even for an additional fee, the main thing is that I do not deal with this issue. They brought it, unloaded it, and I paid - the simplest scheme
Completed after installation.
Disadvantages: 1. One bar of the picket fence was deeply damaged, and this is not transportation, as it was inside the pack
2. The cutout for the gate lock is disgusting. And on 2x. (I'll add a photo) I had to finalize it on the spot. Apparently, they didn't even try to install a lock at the factory. I doubt there are templates. That's why they were very upset.
3. The quick-drying paint, which I was offered, did not significantly match the shade with the color of the gates... Yes, you need to cover 4 layers. I have 2 layers and it's not enough, I'll add more
Positive:
1. Organizational issues are on top. The deadlines were not violated. The metal corresponds to the declared one. Everything is neat and even (except for the lock cutout)
