Stretching has always been hard work for me. I have a bad stretch and every lesson is torture for me, because nothing works out, it hurts a lot. On vacation, just for fun, I decided to give stretching another chance and went to this studio. Here, of course, the exercises were also difficult for me, but at the same time, thanks to the coaches who really know what they are doing, show full participation in whether a person succeeds in completing an element or not and help him, stretching classes began to be enjoyable for the first time! I left every time, although tired, but very happy.
I would like to single out coach Anastasia Kurzova separately! Just an amazing girl, a professional in her field and a person from whom you feel incredible support all the time💫
I also can't help but write that the studio itself is very cozy, beautifully furnished, with a very pleasant atmosphere.

A very good studio with excellent professional trainers! They always explain which exercise is aimed at what. It is very cozy and comfortable in the locker room. Lovely polite girl at the reception!
