I glued a hydrogel film on the Zhdanovichi in mobile gadgets for myself on Mi Band 4, they said that next time I would need only 2 rubles to glue it. I wrote off the other day in Viber with them, they said that yes, if I glued them, then you will pay 2 rubles, if not from them - 6 rubles. Great, I went today and what do I hear... 5 rubles. And no, they don't even have it, or you didn't glue it with them, just 5 rubles. Is it okay? Why do they say the same thing in one place? Then you write to them, they agree, and then in fact it's completely different. It's not the first time I've noticed the difference in prices in the store and on the Internet, for example. It's not pleasant, honestly. Especially when you even want to clarify in Viber, but at the end they also write "check with the seller."

I'll start with a call from the manager, I asked him to send an SMS with the address of the point on Kamennaya Gorka, (which floor) do not walk around the mall in search of a shopping island. It's a pity the manager didn't fulfill my request, I just received an SMS with the order number. I had to look for a point of sale.

A couple of hours later, I was already at the point where the cover was removed. The seller began to ask stupid and stupid questions, making it clear how he did not want to engage in repair. Well, at the end of the most interesting thing, the seller raked out all his change in coins and gives it to me. This is called customer orientation.
