I live next to the towers that have been built. I've seen all the stages of building construction. You can't find fault with the quality of construction. Good quality material was always imported. At this stage, the registration ends. One thing confuses! The house was built on a place where once there was (and I think so to this day there is) a lot of underground water. Will this affect the stability of the building?
