I rarely write reviews and usually negative ones, since the time is now like this. But then I decided to write a good one. Pleasantly surprised... by the points:
1. There are clear rules, they are written in the apartment, there are no unnecessary questions. I needed an iron, they brought it. I needed cleaning, I got it done.
2. Really clean. I rent apartments often because I go on business trips regularly and not only in the CIS. I always carry a set of bed linen and towels with me, but here is the case when the "local" bed linen was cleaner and whiter than mine.
3. Polite staff. Of course, not 5 stars, but the staff really reacted to any complaints and requests.
Bottom line: I can recommend it even for those as meticulous and harmful as me.

Thanks! We came to Sitenko on 1.08. 2016, settled in and lived for a week at Nauchnaya since they extended the apartment at Pushkinskaya and I did not want to transfer the reservation. There was free cleaning twice, and I didn't even say anything - the manager called in the morning and asked when it was convenient and that's it. I didn't like the fact that two soaps and two shampoos were put on six people twice, and on the call twice the maid returned and said that she was mistaken. Is it really impossible to think with your head? I liked the white bed linen and pillows with a blanket (!!!) and clean. Plus, it's nice for children to have chocolates. A good alternative to a hotel. They didn't want to rent an apartment, but we were traveling with children and there were no large rooms in hotels. I recommend a Fashionable hut - an adequate replacement for a hotel.

He rented an apartment on Pushkinskaya 11 near a potbellied hut and near the Naukova metro station. I really liked that the bed is white and the pillows and blankets. It's not scary to sleep - everything is clean. I have been living on business trips for the third year. Before that, Kharkov hated being sold an apartment, then they would settle in a bedbug (it really was). Thanks for changing the attitude towards the city. Of the disadvantages, it is always a long time to wait for the maid, they were evicted twice, twice they waited for forty minutes.
