I rarely write reviews, but it's impossible not to write here!
We ordered a kitchen from this company, which we regretted 1000 times. It all starts with beautiful words about how quickly and efficiently everything will be done, and MOST IMPORTANTLY-a discount, a big discount on the day when you decide to go there!
The manager is Tatiana, an absolutely incompetent employee, neither as a manager nor as a designer. There is always one answer to calls with questions that have arisen: "I'll clarify and call you back," as a result, I never called back in a day or three, until you call me back again and again!!!
All employees, starting from the measurer, deliverers,collectors-all third-party people who are not responsible for anything, no responsibility.
As many have already written, indeed, after you make an advance payment, everyone will not care about you! The whole order will take a very, very long time.
Day X comes when the kitchen will be brought, BUT, again, the waiting time for it to be assembled will be delayed, and it will depend on the assembler, whom you will call several times, and since he has a lot of third-party orders, you will wait for the assembly exactly as long as the kitchen itself!
Regarding installation and assembly, there were very, very many errors both in the assembly and in the project itself, made either by the designer, or by the measurer, or by the assembler....(everyone writes them off to each other). As a result, you will have the answer "You asked for it")))
P.S. Dear management of this company, you can not bother to write an answer in the style of "tell us the order number or phone number and we will solve your problem", you have already passed, you do not solve anything. I think that the mistakes made by your company should be solved by you at your expense, and you also screw up the price, taking advantage of the situation that people will do anything!
I have never met a worse company!
I do not recommend THIS company to anyone!

I do not advise you to contact this company, and in particular the manager Siman Lyudmila. A person does everything just according to a template, without even delving into the nuances. Every time I go to the kitchen, I remember her with a bad word!!!
